| Review of Golden's The Price of Admission
The Boston Globe has a review today of Daniel Golden's The Price of Admission. I'm still getting my own thoughts together on this book, but the Globe review is overwhelmingly positive (as are most other reviews).
Golden's book reveals the prevalence of college admissions preferences for the children of celebrities, business executives, etc.. It's probably worth reading - while you can make your own judgments about Golden's conclusions, his anecdotes alone are worth the book's price.
